Ingredients

  • Water, approximately 1.5 gallons
  • 3.5 ounces of Hibiscus
  • 5 or 6 peeled tamarind
  • 3 apples
  • 1 sugar cane
  • ¼ of a tejocote
  • 7 Guavas
  • 1 lb of Piloncillo (Solid Brown Sugar)
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 10 prunes
